Kathy Blair, PT, DPT is the physical therapist owner of Mountain West Therapy Associates. She graduated from Ithaca College in 1992 with her Bachelors in Physical Therapy and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2009 from Regis University. She is dedicated to quality patient care and providing evidenced based treatments that allow her patients to achieve the best outcomes. Her vision and commitment to her patients has allowed her to expand into 4 facilities between Casper and Cheyenne. She is actively involved in local, state and federal physical therapy issues and legislative agendas.
Certifications: credentialed McKenzie therapist for treatment of spine disorders, trigger point dry needling, certified vestibular therapist.

Reim Fehringer, PT, MS, DPT, graduated from Regis University in 1997 and achieved her doctorate in physical therapy in 2009. She is the Director of Physical Therapy at Mountain View Regional Hospital. Reim is dedicated to ensuring quality physical therapy to enable complete and timely recovery through continual review of available research.

Lori Ridgeway, OTR/L received her bachelor’s degree from The University of North Dakota in 1996.
Advanced training: vestibular therapy, balance training, fall prevention, upper extremity management with special interest in shoulder injuries, Myofascial Release Technique Teaching: She has been involved in the education realm of her practice by teaching for UND at the Casper College site. Involved in the education of OT students as a fieldwork site educator.
Member: American Occupational Therapy Association and the National Certification of Occupational Therapists

Kraig Barthlama, PTA, graduated from Morgan Community College in 2002 with his Associates of Applied Science as a physical therapist assistant.
Certifications: Certified by the Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute with a Specialty Certificate in Lumbar Stabilization.

Jennifer Frontiero, PT, DPT, Education: University of Wyoming Bachelors of Science 2004, Regis University Doctor of Physical Therapy 2007

Certifications: ASTYM
Jennifer has been to continuing education courses in pilates, treatment of shoulder injuries, and an orthopedic manual therapy conference on pain. Her interests are in prevention and care of athletic injuries and works closely with our exercise physiologist Jaime Myers at Wind City Sports Performance (www.wcsp.com).
Jennifer is an assistant coach for the high school cross country ski team and NCHS girls’ soccer team. She is also training for triathlons in summer 2009.

Jonathan Claude, PT, DPT, CSCS.
Education: Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma Panhandle State University 2004, Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University 2007.
Memberships: American Physical Therapy Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association, Orthopedic Section of the APTA.
Certifications: Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
An Orthopedic Manual Therapist with a strong interest in athletic rehabilitation and prevention of athletic injuries. He has completed continuing education courses for TDN to provide effective treatment of chronic pain and athletic injuries.

Leif Johansson, Exercise Physiologist.
Leif graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2008. He developed his skills working with Olympic long track speed skaters, University ski teams, U. S. Marines, both high school and middle school athletes, and those that who enjoy exercise and those who are new to exercise.
Leif is currently the director of the FIT (Functional Intense Training), program offered at Wind City PT
Leif has been a Professional Cross Country Mountain Biker since 2005, and when he’s not recovering from being hit by cars, is in training year round for the upcoming season. |
